Terms and Conditions
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. By approving or confirming an order, you expressly agree to all the terms stated below.
The production lead time is 30 working days from the date of final design approval or the date of the last requested revision, following receipt of the initial payment equal to 50% of the total order value.
The stated prices do not include shipping costs. Delivery is made under EXW (Ex Works) terms, with collection from the factory premises. The Company shall make the completed products available for collection within a maximum period of one week from the date they become ready. If the Buyer delays collecting the goods, a daily storage fee equivalent to 0.075% of the total order value shall apply. This fee will be calculated, added to the final balance, and must be paid before the collection of the goods
Products may be collected only after the Buyer has paid the full outstanding balance.
The final production quantity may vary by ±10% from the agreed quantity. The final payable amount shall be calculated based on the actual quantity produced and delivered.
All amounts paid for design services, printing films, clichés, and other production tooling are considered service and preparation fees only. Such payments do not grant the Buyer any ownership or exclusive rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Printed colors, including Pantone®️ colors, may vary by up to 5% due to technical limitations, production conditions, and environmental factors. Such variations are considered within acceptable industrial tolerances.
Product acceptance shall be subject to the Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL 3%) standard, which represents the allowable manufacturing tolerance for defects, if any, that clearly and adversely affect the product’s appearance or intended use. If the defect rate exceeds this limit, the Manufacturer shall compensate for the quantity exceeding the allowable tolerance or deduct its value from the Buyer’s next purchase. To qualify for such compensation, the Manufacturer must be notified within 7 days of receipt and before any packing process begins, by submitting one recorded video clearly showing all relevant details.
The down payment shall be considered confirmation of the Buyer’s commitment to the order and is non-refundable if the order is cancelled by the Buyer.
The Buyer shall review and approve the design within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receiving the first design draft.
If the Buyer fails to respond or approve the design for a period exceeding 30 days, the Manufacturer reserves the right to adjust product prices in accordance with the market prices applicable at the time production resumes, or to cancel the order and retain the down payment as compensation for design work and production line reservation.
If the Buyer fails to collect the goods within 90 days, without a force majeure event and without prior written approval from the Manufacturer, the Manufacturer shall have the right to dispose of or destroy the goods in full.
In such case, the Buyer shall forfeit any right to claim the goods or request a refund of the down payment or any amounts previously paid, and the agreement shall be deemed automatically terminated without the need for any judicial notice or legal warning.
The Company reserves the right to photograph, display, publish, and use products manufactured within its facilities for portfolio, marketing, advertising, promotional, website, and social media purposes, at any time and in any manner it deems appropriate, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Buyer.
